LIFT SPIRE operates an online clothing store offering products such as T-shirts, hoodies, caps, and customized apparel, subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age required to enter into such an agreement, you must use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, sizes, and descriptions accurately.

However, actual product colors may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, or printing process. Minor differences between product photographs and delivered products may occur.

Product availability, designs, prices, and descriptions may change without prior notice. Changes will not override rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD/DH), unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Available payment methods will be indicated during checkout. If cash on delivery is offered, payment must be made according to the instructions provided by the delivery service.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.

5. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information.

An order submission does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may contact you to verify details before confirming or processing an order.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect product information, stock unavailability, or inability to verify essential order details. If payment has already been collected, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Customized Products

LIFT SPIRE may allow customers to upload artwork, images, text, or other content to personalize products.

By submitting a custom design, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.

• Your content does not knowingly infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.

• Your content is lawful and does not contain prohibited or unlawful material.

• You authorize us to use the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. We may reject a design where we reasonably believe that producing it would violate the law or infringe third-party rights.

Please review your product, color, size, design placement, and uploaded artwork carefully before submitting your order.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, or refund.

Customized or personalized products may be subject to different withdrawal rules under applicable law. This does not remove any legal rights you may have if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Moroccan law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Morocco only, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery estimates, shipping fees, and other shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the LIFT SPIRE name, logo, website content, product photography, original designs, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to LIFT SPIRE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

Submitting a custom design does not transfer ownership of your design to LIFT SPIRE. You grant us only the permission reasonably necessary to process and fulfill your order.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation.

• Submit fraudulent orders or knowingly false information.

• Upload malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights.

• Copy or exploit website content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free from errors.
